Our projects

For generations, the Patiño Foundation has worked to build a stronger and more united Bolivia. Through our projects in education, paediatric health, agroecology and culture, we pass on valuable knowledge, innovate to address today’s challenges, and create lasting impact within local communities. Together, we carry forward a mission of transmission, renewal and excellence.

Shaping Bolivia’s Future

Bolivia’s future is being built today. Faced with the challenges of our time, we choose to act: by giving young people the means to train and thrive, by preserving our rich heritage, by developing sustainable agriculture and by improving access to healthcare. Through education, paediatric health, agro-ecology and culture, we promote a vision of excellence and transmission, rooted in the country’s history and looking to its future. By investing in these key areas, we work alongside communities to build sustainable and inspiring models of success. For a stronger, more innovative and more caring Bolivia.

Our founding commitment

The Patiño Foundation has been supporting Bolivia’s development from the outset by backing ambitious pilot projects and implementing useful, accessible and sustainable technologies. We believe in the power of knowledge, innovation and transmission to create sustainable solutions that meet the challenges of our time.

Our actions are rooted in four main areas of activity: education, paediatric health, agro-ecology and culture. Offering young people access to excellent training, strengthening prevention and medical care, promoting sustainable agriculture and preserving the country’s living heritage are all missions we carry out on a daily basis.

Each project we support is designed to have a tangible and measurable impact. By encouraging experimentation and working hand-in-hand with local communities, we contribute to building a stronger, more resilient and more innovative Bolivia. We’re part of a movement that brings together tradition and modernity, in which the transmission of knowledge goes hand in hand with the boldness of renewal.

Our priorities

Our projects focus on four key priorities, the living foundations of our commitment for Bolivia. Each of our actions forges links, illuminates paths and passes on lasting knowledge. Stone by stone, we build a future in which communities thrive, heritage is perpetuated and knowledge is passed on to future generations.

To the bright students and talent multipliers, Bolivia is grateful. To perfect their mastery, to ponder their path, to build their charisma, to make this gift of the spirit their own and return it to the country as a return to their roots. This is the price of elective affinity, commensurate with the merit and stakes involved. There can be no eminence without exchange, no genius without rigour, no enduring grace without a large, renewed posterity.
