Yes, the Foundation accepts applications from couples wishing to volunteer together.
Volunteer assignments mainly take place in Cochabamba, La Paz, Santa Cruz, Potosí, and Coroico, but we operate throughout Bolivia.
The Foundation covers accommodation, food, local transportation, and visa fees. For missions longer than 9 months, a contribution toward international airfare is provided.
Duration depends on your availability. We recommend at least 3 months for a richer experience, up to a full year for full immersion.
Anyone can volunteer with the Patiño Foundation. Volunteering is open to all, regardless of age, nationality, gender, or social status. Only motivation and availability matter.
Each university has its own application deadlines. We recommend checking our website regularly in the scholarship section for the most up-to-date information.
We are currently restructuring our library and hope to reopen in 2025. We will inform you through all our media channels once an exact date is confirmed.
