Be of Bolivian nationality
Be under 30 years of age
Hold a Bolivian university degree — at least a bachelor’s degree
Meet the required academic grades — equal to or above 80/100 (UNIGE, UNIL, ULB, VUB and BFH) and 90/100 (EPFL)
Have a good command of English — C1 level or a TOEFL score of at least 90
Have a specific project aimed at contributing to Bolivia’s development
