Master's Scholarships in Switzerland and Belgium

The objective of this scholarship is to provide Bolivia with male and female professionals with a clear commitment to contribute to the development of the country once they have completed their studies abroad.

Candidates with a genuine desire to return and contribute to Bolivia’s development are invited to submit their applications.

Once the master’s program is completed, the scholarship recipient must work in Bolivia for four years. This long-term relationship will allow for the development of studies, projects, or internships that benefit both our country and the Patiño Foundation. These actions will be defined during or after the Master’s program.

OBJECTIVE

The fundamental objective is to provide Bolivia with professionals with a clear will to serve their country once they have been educated in prestigious Bolivian universities.

BASIC CONDITIONS

  1. Be of Bolivian nationality.
  2. Be a maximum of 30 years old.
  3. Hold a Bolivian university degree, with at least a bachelor’s degree.
  4. Have obtained academic grades equal to or higher than 80/100 (UNIGE, UNIL, ULB, VUB, and BFH) and 90/100 (EPFL).
  5. Fit within the framework of the proposed studies.
  6. Have a good command of English (C1 or a TOEFL score of at least 90 points).
  7. Have a concrete project to apply the knowledge acquired during the Master’s to the development of Bolivia. This project must be detailed in the motivation letter.

Those interested in the scholarship can submit their application online from October 1st until October 31st, 2024, by 8:00 PM.
