How to make a legacy?
You have to write a will. The most common forms are:
- The holographic will.
Its writing does not require the presence of a notary. The will must be written by its author on plain paper (not typed), dated (day, month and year) and signed. The chosen Foundation must be designated in it by its exact name, so that at the time of succession there is no ambiguity about its intentions. - The authentic will
It must be dictated to two notaries or to a notary assisted by two witnesses. This formula is more protective of your rights because the date and content cannot be disputed.
For greater security, it is recommended to talk to your notary.
