Working in this institution is a privilege, since it is a reference in the area of pediatric health, on a personal level it fills me with satisfaction to be part of this family since we have been working for so long and we consider ourselves a family; the fact of having good doctors and being part of the recovery of a newborn or a child; as well as the joy of their parents when they recover their health, it is gratifying since we were and are part of that process.
The institution is always changing, innovating, improving and that is what makes me feel proud to work here, we are not routine, rather we work for continuous improvement.
